- Log into Updater
- Click on Settings
- Click on Properties
- Click on add new property on the top right hand side of the page
- Fill in the basic information about the new property
- Property Name
- Software Integration ID (IDs should be comma separated: 34234,153,1566)
- Address
- # of Units
- Select which version of Updater you would like your property to have. Note: The option to select "Updater Pro Onboarding" is only visible if your company has enabled Pro Onboarding at one or more properties.
- If the new property has a logo upload it by clicking browse files.
- Once the logo is uploaded click continue
- Fill in Manager information
- Name
- Phone number
- email address
- Click on continue
- Fill in any specific links the new property has
- Website
- Resident Portal
- Click on Save Changes
