How to generate a resident reminder email

This feature gives onsite teams more control and options when it comes to resident reminders. Sit back and let Updater automatically send weekly reminders or take action and send timely, personalized nudges. Rest assured, we’ve put rules in place so that residents will not receive more than 1 reminder email in a 48-hour time period.

1. Log into Updater
2. Click on Residents
3. Search and find the future resident you would like to send a reminder to
4. Click on Future resident's name
5. To the right of Move-in Tasks, click on Remind resident
6. You will have the opportunity to write a specific message if you would like
7. Click Send message
