How to set the proration calculator formula

When setting up move-in costs for your community, you must change the proration formula if you do not use the default number of days in the calendar.  Alternate options are a set 30-day period or disabling the calculator and entering manually.

1. 1. Log into Updater
   2. Go to Settings on the left menu
   3. Click on Properties
   4. Select your property
   5. Click on Task configuration
   6. Click on Edit to the right hand side of Move-in costs
   7. Scroll down to Proration calculator
   8. Select from the proration formula options
   9. Click Save changes.
