Move-in costs can have default amounts configured line item by line item which will make for a faster and easier completion. If most of your resident move-in costs are consistent for all residents this may be a great option for you to use.
- Log into Updater
- Click on Settings
- Click on Properties
- Click the Property you would like to set up default move-in costs for
- Click on Task Configuration
- Click Edit to the right of Move-in costs
- Add in the move in item and the cost of it
- Click Save
Now whenever you are setting up a new resident these tasks will already be prefilled with the amount due.
