Workspace is a dedicated destination inside Updater Pro Onboarding that empowers leasing teams to prioritize and work on their most important resident onboarding tasks. It replaces the previous "Inbox" tab, offering an interface designed to streamline your move-in process.
If you prefer the traditional "Inbox" view where all tasks are in a single view, no worries! It's still available as a tab within your new Workspace, providing a smooth transition and familiarity.
There are three tabs you'll find in Workspace:
1. Invite Tasks:
This section focuses on tasks that are crucial for kicking off the move-in process by sending welcome letters to your future residents. It includes:
- Setting Move-in Costs: Ensure accurate information and a great first impression by completing this step before sending the welcome letter invite.
- Send Invite: Manually send the invite as soon as move-in costs have been added. If you prefer an automated approach, the invite will be sent based on specific criteria, ensuring timely delivery.
- Resend Invite: This task allows you to send a reminder to any future resident who hasn't claimed their Updater account yet.
2. Resident Tasks:
The Resident Tasks tab provides an overview of resident task submissions, allowing you to review and manage them effectively. You can also send reminders to residents who have incomplete tasks, keeping the process on track and ensuring a smooth move-in experience.
3. All Tasks:
This tab offers a consolidated view of all outstanding tasks that require your attention. It's your familiar "Inbox" view, providing a comprehensive overview of all outstanding leasing team tasks.
Task Filtering: Easily filter tasks by different time frames including 2 days, one week, two weeks, or one month. This flexibility allows you to focus on the most time-sensitive tasks or get a better understanding of upcoming work.
