Occasionally, you may need to reject a task after you've already approved it. Please follow the below directions to update the status of a task for a resident.
- Navigate to the Residents page
- Select the name of the resident
- Scroll down to the task that needs to be updated
- Click on the task name
- Click the Update task status button
- Click the Reject task button
- Type in a reason for the rejection
- Click Send message
