Overview
Updater is an established partner of Realpage. The below provides step by step instructions on getting an Updater access to RealPage's APIs for your designated properties tocomplete the integration.
We connect on a daily basis and programmactically pull information for any new residents that are moving in or out of your properties. We then use that information to create Updater invites for each resident.
Integration Setup
Below are instruction from RealPage on how to integrate your properties with Updater within Realpage. The instructions provide steps for clients to subscribe their Properties to Updater APPPartner via the RealPage integration marketplace. Once you have subscribed your Properties, then you will need to provide your RealPage Client ID to your Updater Client Success Manager.

What user permissions are required to access the integration Marketplace?
- Users manage subscriptions in the Integration Marketplace, accessed at https://www.realpage.com
- Users managing subscriptions requests must have the Integration Marketplace access with the Integration Manager role.
- If you do not see the Integration Marketplace as an option upon logging in, please reach out to your RealPage User Administrator at your company

How do users subscribe properties to Updater application?
- Login at https://www.realpage.com and navigate to Resources>Integration Marketplace
- Find the Updater AppPartner name by searching by name or category.
- Click on AppPartner Updater logo > Subscribe Now
- Enable the desired properties > Save
- For setting up with bi-directional workflow, click on the AppPartner Updater Pro onboarding logo > Subscribe Now. (for bi-direction both AppPartner set ups need to be completed.)
- Enable the desired properties > Save
- Once an applicant's documents have been reviewed and approved within Updater Pro Onboarding., links to them will be visible in the RealPage application. Write back documents are visible in the Updater Pro Onboarding Document Center. Within the RealPage application navigate to the APplicant screen for the applicant in question. Choose an applicant. A non-clickable link will be available within the Applicant screen's Activity tab window. To review a document, click Edit on the Actions column for the Activity type "Document Management". This will open a Recod Activity pop-up window. A non-clickable URL for the location fo the documents available for the specific resident will appear in the "What was accomplished?" text box. Copy that URL and past it into a new browser window or tab. you will be directed to loginto your Update Pro Onboarding instance. Once logged in you will be able to see everything recorded to the Applicant's Updater Pro Onboarding Document Center.
