There may be times in which you cannot wait for the daily update from your PMS to Updater in order to see your new resident information in Updater. If this is the case, you can sync your PMS yourself by following a few simple steps.
- Log into Updater
- Click on Residents
- Click the import button
in the top right corner
Feature notes:
- Import could take up to an hour to complete
- This import only applies to residents that should be showing in your feed, but have not appeared yet.
- If you notice applicants in your feed that have since decided to cancel, or have been denied, please delete them.
