How to view resident documents

There may be times when you need to have a copy of a document that has been sent to or uploaded by a resident. Updater has made it easy to view or download these documents through the document center.  

1. Log into Updater
2. Click on Residents
3. Search for the resident's name you would like to view documents for
4. Click on the resident's name
5. Click Resident document center on the top right-hand side of your screen
6. Find the document you would like to view
7. Click view in new tab to view online or download to have a copy saved to your computer.
