Once your future resident has completed a task that requires your review (like proof of insurance or utilities), you will receive a notification in your Updater dashboard and an email letting you know there are onsite team action items to address.
How to approve a task
- Click on Residents Tab in the left menu
- Click on the resident you are working with
- If there are submissions to be reviewed, the task status will be yellow and say "Needs Review"
- Click the arrow to the left of the task
- Click Review to the right of the resident's task
- If ready to approve, select the approval reason
- Click Approve
How to reject a task
- Click on Residents Tab in the left menu
- Click on the resident you are working with
- If there are submissions to be reviewed, the task status will be yellow and say "Needs Review"
- Click the arrow to the left of the task
- Click Review to the right of the resident's task
- If a task does not meet approval expectations, select Other from the dropdown menu and provide a reason for rejecting the task.
- Click Reject task
