Executive Overview Updater <> Entrata Integration

Overview

We, as Updater, have an integration with Entrata. Our integration with Entrata specifically enables us to do the following:

1. Intake (pull/read) prospect/applicant/resident data
2. Push data to the respective prospect/applicant/resident

From here, we are able to organize, store, and translate the data into actionable insights that ensure our UPO/UP offerings reflect those residents.

Setup Instructions (requirements)

To Enable an Entrata Partner Integration, take the following steps:

1. Submit a request to Entrata to ensure Updater has access to the necessary resident info.
   • Send the email to the following recipients:

     • Your Updater Implementation Manager
   • The body of the email should mirror the following:

Hi Entrata Support,

I'd like to set up my Entrata account to integrate with Updater.  Can you please initiate our API user request for all properties? Please enable the following APIs:

1. getMitsPropertyUnits
2. getCustomers
3. searchCustomers
4. getMitsLeases
5. getProperties 
6. getMitsLeads
7. getUnitsAvailabilityAndPricing
8. getLeadpickLists
9. getFloorPlans
10. getPropertyPickLists
11. getLeasePickList
12. getLeads
13. getLeases
14. getLeadEvents
15. getPropertyUnits

Make sure Updater has read/write access to be able to send documents related to these APIs:

• sendLeaseDocuments
• sendApplicationPets
• sendApplicationVehicles

2. Once the request is submitted above, Entrata will process the request and return the following information to the partner.
   1. URL
   2. Username
   3. Password
3. Provide Updater with the above information to complete the integration.
4. Once approved, this is the final step.
