Overview
We, as Updater, have an integration with Entrata. Our integration with Entrata specifically enables us to do the following:
- Intake (pull/read) prospect/applicant/resident data
- Push data to the respective prospect/applicant/resident
From here, we are able to organize, store, and translate the data into actionable insights that ensure our UPO/UP offerings reflect those residents.
Setup Instructions (requirements)
To Enable an Entrata Partner Integration, take the following steps:
- Submit a request to Entrata to ensure Updater has access to the necessary resident info.
- Send the email to the following recipients:
- generalsupport@entrata.com
- info@entrata.com
- Your Updater Implementation Manager
- The body of the email should mirror the following:

Hi Entrata Support,
I'd like to set up my Entrata account to integrate with Updater. Can you please initiate our API user request for all properties? Please enable the following APIs:
- getMitsPropertyUnits
- getCustomers
- searchCustomers
- getMitsLeases
- getProperties
- getMitsLeads
- getUnitsAvailabilityAndPricing
- getLeadpickLists
- getFloorPlans
- getPropertyPickLists
- getLeasePickList
- getLeads
- getLeases
- getLeadEvents
- getPropertyUnits
Make sure Updater has read/write access to be able to send documents related to these APIs:
- sendLeaseDocuments
- sendApplicationPets
- sendApplicationVehicles
- Once the request is submitted above, Entrata will process the request and return the following information to the partner.
- URL
- Username
- Password
- Provide Updater with the above information to complete the integration.
- Once approved, this is the final step.
