Overview
We, as Updater, have an integration with RealPage—specifically, the product called OneSite. Our integration with OneSite enables us to do the following:
- Intake (pull/read) prospect/applicant/resident data
- Push data to the respective prospect/applicant/resident
From here, we are able to organize, store, and translate the data into actionable insights that ensure our UPO/UP offerings reflect those residents.
Setup Instructions for Updater Pro (requirements)
To Enable a RealPage Partner Integration, take the following steps:
- Login to OneSite (as a SuperUser)
- Select Integration Marketplace tile
- In the Search field type “Updater”
- Choose Updater (not Updater Pro | Onboarding)
- Assign to respective properties going live
- Click Save
Upon completing this process, we, as Updater, will receive an email confirmation stating that you have requested access and Updater will “approve” this integration within 24 hours.
After Updater approves this integration, data will begin to flow from the PMS into Updater’s database on the next nightly run.
