Below is a sample email that can be used in order to introduce Updater to your Organization.
We are very excited to announce the launch of Updater at your community! As you may already know, Updater is a digital tool that helps future residents move homes. Updater’s platform helps communities like ours make move-ins faster and smoother for both our teams and residents. We'll use this technology as the preferred way for future residents to complete their move-in tasks.
Here’s more on how Updater works:
- Personalize your community’s move-in tasks like securing renters insurance, registering pets and vehicles, providing proof of utility set up, and more to ensure residents know exactly what’s needed to move-in. Watch a short video about the resident experience here.
- Send your welcome letter automatically from the Updater platform. The welcome letter will be branded, include all the required move-in tasks future residents need to complete, and include an invitation to complete those tasks in the Updater resident app.
- Monitor progress future residents make from your Updater dashboard. Some tasks – like renters insurance – may require you to approve or reject the proof submitted by future residents within Updater.
- Find important documents submitted by future residents in [PMS SYSTEM] – Updater automatically syncs with [PMS SYSTEM].
