Below is a sample email that can be used in order to introduce Updater to your Organization.
Hi team,
Great news – your Updater account has been created so you can now log in and access your dashboard. Please search your inbox for an email from Updater to set your password, if you have not done so already. If you can’t find the email or have any issues logging in, please contact success@updater.com.
As a reminder, Updater will be the preferred way future residents move-in to their new apartment home, and you will be sending your Welcome Letter through the Updater platform.

- Personalize move-in tasks for your community this week – In order to accurately process all future resident moves, please log in ASAP to confirm your community’s tasks are configured correctly - these will directly impact the contents of your Welcome Letter.
