How to set up Key Pickup reservation
- Log into Updater
- Click on Settings
- Click on Properties
- Click on the Property you want to configure
- Click on Task configuration located underneath your property name
- Scroll down the page until you find the Key pickup reservation task
- If this task has not been set up, click the Toggle to the right of the Elevator scheduling task. If this task already has been set up, click Edit.
- If you have a link to reserve a pickup or want an email address to be available for the resident, then type in the URL under the Scheduling link (ex: you may want to link to a scheduling tool like Calendly).
- If you do not, simply toggle the button to the right of Informational only (doesn't require a link)
- Type in directions for the resident
- Click Save Changes
