Click on Task configuration located underneath your property name
Scroll down the page until you find the Elevator scheduling task
If this task has not been set up, click the Toggle to the right of Elevator scheduling. If this task already has been set up, click Edit.
If you have a link to schedule an elevator or want an email address to be available for the resident, then type in the URL under the Scheduling link. (An example would be to use a Calendly link)
If you do not, simply toggle the button to the right of Informational only (doesn't require a link)
